WIDER-PERSIST Partner Project

This project is a pilot study through which I am making pedagogical changes in GEOS 100 Fundamentals of Geology in support of a broader goal of creating a model for open inquiry in large introductory geoscience courses. In the first phase of this project, I developed lecture and laboratory modules on earthquakes, following the Process Oriented Guided Inquiry Learning (POGIL) model.
